This is an all ages workshop: Under 13s are free when accompanied by a paying parent or guardian.

In this two-part workshop series, portrait artist Kane Reid shares the basic skills and concepts that will allow you to explore and master the ballpoint pen.

Mastering the Ballpoint Pen will be delivered across two sessions. It is essential that when booking, you are available to attend both classes.

  • June 10: Kane will introduce you to the basic concepts of pen drawing, and the processes he uses to create his works of art.
  • June 17: Create a portrait  using only your pen and some paper. If you do not complete your portrait in class, you will be able to take your materials home and finish in your own time.

All materials are supplied as part of the class fee.
