Important Dates
May 22: Deadline for artwork entries – all forms must be completed and returned to Feilding Art Centre by this date.
May 31: Artwork must be delivered to Square Edge Community Arts in Palmerston North between 10am and 12pm. Please do not bring your work to Feilding Art Centre – we cannot transport it for you.
June 2, 5pm: Opening event at Square Edge
June 23: Artwork must be collected from Square Edge Community Arts no later than 4pm.
Terms and Conditions
By completing this form, you agree to have your work exhibited in a group show at Square Edge Community Arts, representing the Feilding and District Art Society.
All artwork submitted for this exhibition must be labelled with a swing tag containing the artist’s name, artwork title, medium and price, as stated on this form.
By completing this form, you grant permission for the Feilding and District Art Society to take and distribute images of your artwork as promotion for this exhibition.
Whilst all reasonable care will be taken of exhibits, it is the responsibility of the artist to insure their work. The Feilding and District Art Society takes no responsibility for damaged artwork.
All artwork prices must include the 30% commission, which will be collected by Square Edge Community Arts, if work is sold during the exhibition.
Completion of this form does not guarantee your work will be exhibited. The Feilding and District Art Society reserves the right to exclude from display any works which, at its sole discretion, are deemed unsuitable for hanging.
Square Edge Community Arts may choose, at any time, to impose additional conditions in relation to this exhibition. Should this be the case, the Feilding and District Art Society will communicate these via email.
Submission of a completed form serves as acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
