1. Download the Consignment Agreement form on this page.

2. Review the terms and conditions and minimum criteria.

3. If your artwork complies with the criteria, complete the back page with 'Works to be Supplied.'

4. Save a copy of the form for your own records.

5. Deliver the completed form and your works to Feilding Art Centre.

6. If your work sells, we will email you with payment advice.

7. If your work has not sold after three months, you will need to come and get it - we encourage you to replace it with something new!

Note: Your consignment agreement is valid for 12 months. During this time, you can offer new works for sale to replenish sold items or replace unsold pieces. In these cases, all you need to do is resubmit a list of 'Works to be Supplied.'
