Affordable Art Classes - Term 4

Term 4 Enrolments Now Open!

Choose the class that best suits your child's age and preferred day.

Tuesday Classes (Starting 20 October 2026)

• 3:30pm – 5:00pm | Ages 5–8 | Tutor: Eris Newson
• 5:30pm – 7:00pm | Ages 9–11 | Tutor: Eris Newson

Wednesday Classes (Starting 21 October 2026)

• 3:30pm – 5:00pm | Ages 5–8 | Tutor: Pearl Cotter
• 5:30pm – 7:00pm | Ages 9+ | Tutor: Jodi Calkin

Thursday Classes (Starting 22 October 2026)

• 3:30pm – 5:00pm | Ages 7–10 | Tutor: Pearl Cotter
• 5:30pm – 7:00pm | Ages 11–15 | Tutor: Eris Newson

How to Enrol 

When registering, please include the following information in the Notes field:

• Student's name
• Student's age
• Any relevant notes or information
• Please select "Pick Up" as your delivery option at checkout.

Class Information

• Each term consists of 8 weekly classes.
• Fee: $75 per student, per term.
• All materials are included in the lesson fee.
• A family discount is available for multiple children living at the same address and attending any of our Affordable Art Classes. Please complete your enrolment and email info@feildingartsociety.com before making payment so we can advise the correct discounted amount.
• If a tutor is unavailable during the term, the affected class will be postponed and an additional class date will be scheduled to ensure all 8 lessons are delivered.
• Classes run for 8 weeks, beginning in the second week of the school term.
• Your booking and payment secure your child's place in a class. Class confirmations and final placements will be emailed during the week before classes begin.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

The fee is $75 per student per term, regardless of age, class selection, or attendance. Payment should be made as soon as possible to secure your place.
A family discount of $50 per student is available for siblings or family members living at the same address who attend any of our regular Affordable Art Classes.

Refunds

Refunds will only be provided if written notice is received at info@feildingartsociety.com at least 7 days before the first class.
No refunds will be given within 7 days of the first class starting, after the term has commenced or for missed classes.

Health and Safety

The Feilding and District Art Society and its tutors take all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment for participants. However, the Society is not liable for any personal injury or damage to personal property that may occur while attending classes.
A first aid kit is available on-site. No medication will be administered without parental consent.
Parents and caregivers are responsible for informing tutors of any medical conditions, allergies, or other circumstances that may affect a student's participation.

Photography and Digital Media

The Feilding and District Art Society and its tutors may take photographs or videos during classes.
By enrolling, you grant permission for photographs and images of your child and their artwork to be used for promotional purposes, including:

• Social media
• Websites
• Printed promotional material

General Class Policies

Students are expected to arrive on time for each class.
To minimise disruption, late arrivals may be refused entry at the tutor's discretion.
The Feilding and District Art Society and its tutors reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or damaging to people or property.
Removal from a class due to behavioural issues will not entitle the participant to a refund.

Complaints

Any concerns or complaints should be submitted in writing to info@feildingartsociety.com.
All correspondence will be reviewed by the Art Centre Manager and, where appropriate, escalated to the Committee. An in-person meeting may be requested to assist in resolving the matter. All complaints and outcomes will be documented in writing.
