1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing products, services, classes, or memberships from the Feilding and District Art Society (trading as Feilding Art Centre) or by using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We may update these terms at any time by publishing revised terms on our website.
Orders may only be made for personal use and not for resale.
If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Membership
Membership runs until 31 March each year and is charged at a flat annual rate. Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be pro-rated.
Membership benefits cease if renewal is not received by 1 April.
Members agree to support the values and community spirit of the Feilding Art Centre.
By becoming a member, you consent to receiving emails relating to membership, events, opportunities, and Centre activities. We will not share your contact details without your consent unless required by law.
3. Products, Services and Availability
All orders are subject to availability.
If an item or service becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and offer a refund, credit, or alternative where appropriate.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Payment is by bank transfer only unless otherwise specified.
Payments must be made to:

Invoices and order information will be sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate.
5. Delivery
Delivery charges, where applicable, are additional to the listed price.
Digital services and course materials are supplied electronically.
Physical products are generally available by click-and-collect unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts to process orders promptly but cannot guarantee delivery timeframes.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Products
Faulty products may be refunded, replaced, or exchanged if reported within 28 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Classes and Services
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date are eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
- If we cancel a class, event, or service, you may choose a refund or credit.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product, service, class, or membership.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Information on our website is provided in good faith, but we do not guarantee that it is always accurate, complete, or up to date.
8. Privacy
We collect and use personal information to process orders, administer memberships, and communicate with you.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, although we may still send messages relating to your orders, memberships, or bookings.
We may use cookies to improve website functionality.
You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes arising from the use of our website, products, or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
10. General
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Feilding Art Centre regarding the purchase of products, services, classes, and memberships.
