Our visitor numbers are growing and we want to offer everyone who visits the Art Centre a varied and diverse program of exhibitions. We also want to give a platform to the exceptional artistic talent that exists here in the Manawatu, and surrounding regions.

So, we’d like to hear from artists working in all mediums, at any stage in their career.

We welcome applications from artists at all stages in their career, working in any medium or style. So, if you have an idea for an exhibition, why not share it? Successful proposals include a clear idea or kaupapa, plenty of detail, and adhere to the guidelines below. Ensure you have read these guidelines before submitting your application.

Applications are reviewed monthly and scheduled according to the availability of exhibition space as well as the strength the creative concept, quality of work, and relevance to our local community. We are happy to meet with you to discuss your application before you submit it.

Please note: only limited spaces are available for 2024. If your proposal is successful, we may offer you a place on our 2025 exhibition schedule.
